This is a group for dog owners and their small/toy dogs who like to hike. It's also for bigger dogs who live with small dogs. I have a 6lb Maltese and a 60lb Shepherd mix rescue dog who are best pals. If you have a small dog under 30lbs, join us. We don't want the little dogs trampled on but we don't mind larger dogs who are used to being with the little dogs. This meetup is for all dogs, of every size, shape and breed, who are dog friendly and want to socialize. It is also for their "parents" who want to have fun with their dogs in a safe environment. All dogs who attend should be current on their rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordetella vaccines.

This is a non-breed specific group, any size any age.  If your dog is in good health an has current vaccines or titer your are welcome.  If you have any issues such as leash pulling, I will be there to help you work through it.     Did you know that exercising your dog can curtail common behavior issues?
